is fundraising to honor:
All those diagnosed with A.D. or related forms of dementia
Please note, we have changed the date of our ride to Sunday, July 12 to better support Governor Holcomb's directives related to easing COVID-19 restrictions. However, the ride will go on, so please consider supporting me in this endeavor! Thank you!
On July 12, I'm doing what I love to honor those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I’m participating in an event recognizing The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Along with fellow Alzheimer's advocate, Ned Broadwater, we will ride 65 miles with 65 people to honor those diagnosed every 65 seconds and who endure lengthy journeys of their own every day.
Today, in the U.S. alone, there are over 5 million Americans diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
Please consider donating to my page to help with this effort for those living with A.D., and related forms of dementia, and their caregivers!
