CHERRY HILL EAST BOYS SOCCER
WALK TO END ALZHEIMER’S
Saturday, October 19, 2019
Cherry Hill East High School
2 Mile Loop
The Head Coach of Cherry Hill Boys Soccer, Mike Melograna, unfortunately, knows how difficult it is to see someone living with Alzheimer’s disease. His mother, still living in Cherry Hill, was diagnosed two years ago and has heartbreakingly begun, at times, to not recognize him, other family members, friends, or have the ability to perform normal tasks without help. The passion that Coach Melograna has on and off the field for not only soccer, but giving back to the community, has been passed on to his players The money that we will raise comes directly back to our Cherry Hill community to help patients and caregivers through the Delaware Valley Alzheimer’s Association. Also, by creating this walk, we will be encouraging young and old to help take control of the health through exercise and healthy eating, both of which has been recently shown to reduce the risk Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
Join us in the fight to End Alzheimer's by donating today or walking on October 19th!
