is fundraising to honor:
the millions affected
I am participating in The Longest Day and the United NYC Half Marathon in memory of my grandmother Arlene Gillette and my Great Grandfather Aaron Alexander, for whom I am named after. I am also participating for the millions affected by this awful disease across the world.
Today, an estimated 47 million people across the world are living with dementia. This number is set to skyrocket to 75 million by 2030. In the United States alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. These numbers will only continue to rise unless we take action.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease they are not alone. Please stand with me, and help by donating whatever you can to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s, and help to provide care and support to those facing the disease today.
The Power of a Donation
The dollars you raise fuel the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
