We are dancing for those who are tired. We are dancing in support of all the individuals, caregivers, and families living with Alzheimers' who seek respite and opportunities for joy.  We are dancing as two professional women who manage households navigating chronic, lifelong, and life altering diagnoses. We are dancing because we understand the value of showing up to support others, as others have shown up for us. We are dancing in defiance of diseases that strip away community and connection. We are dancing because we can.
