Suzanne was a spiritual, caring, and adventurous person. In Suzanne's tenderness for people, she was particularly compassionate about kids. So much so, that she served as a Guardian Ad Litem for a number of years. Suzanne loved the lord. She spent her life in devotion to her faith and her community. Suzanne was an artist through her creation of oil paintings and designs of tactile wall sculptures for memory care communities. Her ability to love unconditionally was infectious.
After watching her mother go through the disease and the devastation it brought on her family, Suzanne hated the thought of her having the disease and her family having to go through that pain. One of her greatest desires was that a cure, or treatment, could be found for this terrible disease. Suzanne's battle with Alzheimer's ended on June 17th, 2022.
Thank you for your help making her wish come true and hopefully, one day, sparing those afflicted and their families the pain that Alzheimer's brings.
