In memory of our wonderful father and nonno Nicola Zipeto, who recently passed away of Alzheimers on November 17, 2020 at the age of 88.
Nicola immigrated here with his wife and three children in 1972 from Alberona, Italy and worked many years for the town of East Orange Water Department. When he wasn't working, he could easily be spotted in his garden growing everything from tomatoes to zucchinis. Besides his love for gardening, one of his greatest joys was spending quality time with his loving family.
He fought a long and hard battle with this awful disease and we want to honor him and all of those battling Alzheimer's.
