Our mother was diagnosed with frontal temporal lobe dementia at a young age. She passed away at age 65, taken away from us too soon. Micki was such a sweet and gentle soul who expressed kindness to everyone around her. She loved to listen to music, dance and just have fun and enjoy life. Even in the advanced stages of her disease, she could remember some of the words to her favorite songs and would sing along. Micki received excellent care over the years by compassionate caregivers. We must do all we can do to develop better treatment's and a cure for Alzheimers and related diseases.
