My grandmother suffered from Alzheimer's during the later years of her life. It's a tough thing to watch someone endure. This cause holds a special place in my heart, and it means the world to me that there are associations like Alzheimer's Association that are doing what they can to promote brain health and ultimately find a cure for Alzheimer's.
Michelle and I are co-hosting a Double Combo Donation Class on Saturday, March 30 at 2PM at the Core40 studio in Lower Pac Heights. All proceeds will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
