Race to end Alzheimer's & Dementia
On Sunday, October 9, 2016, I will be running the Chicago Marathon. I am dedicating my race to the Zeamer family and all of those who struggle with Alzheimer's and dementia.
To help find treatments and a cure, I am fundraising on a dedicated webpage. I named the fund "Zeamer's Fund".
If you donate to the Alzheimer's Association on my page, I will add your loved one(s) names to a ribbon in purple and white (the AA colors) and attach it to my race gear. That way, I will carry their names and their memories with me over the 26.2 miles.
