Steven Enslow was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia, which is closely related to Alzheimer's disease. Steven was diagnosed after the loss of his twin 9 years ago. Although the progression of his disease caused him to forget many of the important people in his life and confuse people, we will always remember him. Thank you for donating in Steven's name.

I look back at things that made me STOP and THINK in my life. I have to tell you this story about the twins. I get such a warm and funny laugh everytime It comes to my memory. Steven had such a wild and funny way of telling jokes or just a story in general. I was at Jeff and Susie's house one afternoon and had been chatting with Steven over just everyday chat. Steven walked out of the room through what I thought was the door leading to the garage. I looked up and he was back in the room from the back door entrance. In only a flash he had left the room and appeared in another part of the room. I thought I must be getting the flu this Steven ol boy didn't metion any magic or that he was some new guy in the sky super hero! Well this crazy magic of leaving a room running around the entire back yard and down the block to re- enter and doing all of this in less than a blink of an eye. I want to tell you I gave up drinking many ,many years ago for by far much less reasons than this. Well I sat there at least 40 min. before Jeff came by and asked me why are you looking so strange Deb? I told him I really thought he should find out why his dad was trying to beat a land speed record for exit and fast, and I mean wow! really fast!! re-entry from a unknown door at the blink of an eye.
Jeff asked me why I had not offer to share some of the really kick ass drink
with him and he thought I was being very mean to have not offered him a chance to get in on my rave party in my bubble headed brain. Thankfully out of the thin blue air there were two Stevens in the room with us know. You see I did not know they were twins. I only knew of just one and that was Steven jeff's dad. I don't know why it all happened like a broadway play. But, I still to this day laugh when I remember how I truely thought WOW! I can't believe Jeff's dad is so fast at exit and entering and why, yes why did he keep doing it. I know it's silly but Steven loved to confuse and make us laugh. I will always remember a very sweet man he was a great father,husband..Brother...uncle.. grandpa and a friend to many. His positive outlook on living and his ability to always make you smile. Will always be missed. Not many care if they could make you smile. Steven went out of his way to get you to smile, even if he had to stand on his head. I am greatful to have had the chance in my life to have known this twin and his twin Stanley. Both were wonderful souls and will be missed so much because they were so loved by everybody. For the JOY they gave to us all.. and they gave it for FREE just for a smile. God Bless all the members of this wonderful Enslow family and help guide you through this deep loss you have suffered. Also,Thank You so much for sharing Steven with all the rest of us! Deborah Justice
