John "Butch" Courtney was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He passed away on March 8, 2022, at 79 years old, after a long courageous battle with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Kay has always been right by his side as his compassionate and constant caregiver.
The Alzheimer's Association has provided Kay with much needed support and information as she navigated the weekly struggles associated with the progression of this disease.
In lieu of flowers, Kay and the family are requesting memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association. This page has been set up to make your donation as easy as possible.
