Bill--a gentle giant of a man who loved fiercely, joked playfully and cared deeply for all people--bravely faced a heartbreaking diagnosis of dementia/Parkinson's in 2017. He and his beloved wife Jane, who was also diagnosed with Alzheimer's around the same time, fought the good fight together, letting love and joy win out over disease. He ministered God's love to others in all stages of his life including during his final months. He will be sorely missed on this earth. His presence was a gift and blessing to all who knew him. Above all else, Bill loved His Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He led many others to a saving relationship with God, knowing that's really what matters in the end.
