Honoring Elisabeth's Memory
Elisabeth Austin passed away on January 29, 2020 at age eighty-two, six and one-half years after being diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
Elisabeth was born in Nurnberg, Germany and married Larry Austin, an American soldier, in 1969. She moved to the United States and eventually settled in Chickasha, OK, where she spent over 30 years as a home health provider, in the service of patients with debilitating illnesses.
Elisabeth was an energetic and caring woman who took great pride in keeping a beautiful home and loved spoiling her granddaughters. She was a proud woman and fought her disease with all the dignity she could muster. She is deeply missed by her family.
