Taffy Wilber

After an eight-year battle with Alzheimer's, Taffy Wilber died on August 2, 2010.
Taffy was a loving mother of five children and a large host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the wife of Del Wilber, a baseball player, manager, and coach who died in 2002.
Taffy's career included ground-breaking work in the early 1960s as a radio professional for KMOX in St. Louis. She later worked in the front office for the St. Louis Cardinals and then created and ran her own public relations firm in St. Louis.

I always enjoyed my visits each year with your Mom and Dad to gather their information to do their income tax returns. They were so pleasant and interesing to talk to and, on occassions, one of my children would come with me to see Del's baseball collection. My sympathy on your loss.
