The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.

Family and friends, I am once again participating in the Camel's Hump Challenge! One of New England's premier backcountry skiing events, The Camel's Hump Challenge is a 25km highcountry traverse around the perimeter of Camel's Hump, the third-highest peak in Vermont's Green Mountains. This annual fundraiser supports the Vermont Alzheimer's Association. I am, as always, honored to participate and gratified to support such an important cause! Personally, I am skiing in memory of my grandmother, Marion (Tutu) Clendaniel, who suffered with Alzheimer's disease at the end of her life. As an avid sailor, bobsledder, horseback rider, and Vermont resident, Tutu would have loved just such an adventure as the Camel's Hump Challenge!
I need your support to do my part to encourage the great work that the Alzheimer's Association does! Please make a donation to help the Alzheimer's Association advance research into prevention, treatments and a cure for Alzheimer's. For the millions already affected by the disease, the Association offers care, education, support and resources in communities nationwide.
You can make your donation through my page and it will go in support of my team, the Hot Toddies! I am excited to get out into the snowy Vermont mountains yet again, with my friend Steve! I will send along some photos and notes about our adventure once it is over.
Thank you for joining our movement and for your generous support! The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.
