My Personal Fundraising Page
Hello everyone!
For the second consecutive year, I've committed to taking on the Camels Hump Challenge to raise funds for the Alzheimer's Association. This cause is deeply personal to me and my family. In May 2020, my uncle lost his battle with Early Onset Alzheimer’s at the age of 59, having been diagnosed at 50. Additionally, my aunt received an Early Onset diagnosis at 50 and is currently navigating the later phases of the disease.
Participating in this event is my way of raising awareness and funds to support the Alzheimer’s Association's critical work in care, support, and research.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. Our future is at risk and we must come together to change the course of this disease.
Please consider supporting my efforts by making a donation. All funds raised benefit the Alzheimer's Association and its work to enhance care and support programs and advance research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's disease. Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer’s disease!
Thank you,
Eli
