Doing it for Our Folks
I hope you will consider joining me for a ride on Saturday June 5th to support Alzheimer's research.
I have been riding to support Alzheimer's research in honor of my father for several years now. I took 2019 off to have my knee replaced (not fun, but needed) and the 2020 ride was largely done virtually.
One option for this year's ride is for small, independant rides to be organized by folks that want to help (I'm a ride committee member) while being compliant with the state's guidelines for group riding and gatherings.
Given my commitment to helping end this horrible disease after I saw what it did to my father, I worked with the Alzheimer's Association and the brewery where my daughter works to organize a ride out of the Stellwagen Beer Company in Marshfield. This was a chance to help the cause while doing the ride locally with friends.
Sat June 5th - ride starts around noon with post-ride, outdoor celebration at the brewery from 5-7pm
Depart and return to Stellwagen Beer Company (where my daughter is the graphic designer)
100 Enterprise Drive in Marshfield MA 02050 - https://www.stellwagenbeer.com
Riders can all park along the road by the brewery
I have reserved access to the brewery's outdoor patio from 5-7pm for our crew:
