VIRTUAL RIDE INFORMATION
Join us for the 25th Anniversary Ride to End ALZ in June 2021!
As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic the Alzheimer's Association continues to proceed with the utmost caution for our community and staff by keeping in place its moratorium on in-person events, adhering to the current CDC guidelines. This year's Ride will take place in June on the roads, trails and paths in your community. June is Alzheimer's and Brain Awareness Month so we are asking you to hop on your bike for a socially distant ride, and share your pictures and stories on social media to raise awareness and much needed funding for research! This format allows a unique opportunity to invite family and friends to join you who otherwise might not commit to our traditional in-person ride. Map out a convenient and safe route close to home, or ride on your indoor bike, and challenge people to ride for research with you!
HOW IT WORKS:
Get started by clicking the "Register Now" button above. Personalize your webpage and recruit your family and friends to join your team and ride with you, or make a donation for research! Pick any date in June that works best for you. Ride 100, 62, or 30 miles (indoors or outside!) to match what you would have done at our traditional in-person event. If those distances are too much or too little, create your own challenge, the road is endless! Feel free to do all the miles in one day, or collect miles over several shorter distance rides throughout the month! Be sure to join our Facebook group and/or Strava club to connect with fellow riders, and maybe find a training buddy or two.
Check out the sweet superlatives that you can win this year, below! This is a fun way for you to earn recognition and have fun while doing it, PLUS you'll get to earn some cool ENDALZ swag if you're one of the winners! Click here to submit your entry to win!

A COUPLE SIMPLE GUIDELINES:
1. Keep it safe, please follow the latest CDC guidelines and local mandates
2. Ride solo or in a socially distanced group
3. Ride 100, 62, or 30 miles (indoors or outside!) to match what you would've done at our traditional in-person event. If those distances are too much or too little, create your own challenge, the road is endless!
4. Share your pictures, the reason you ride, and the importance of ending Alzheimer's and all other dementia
5. Lets get as many people as we can on bikes for a brain healthy, socially distant ride and flood social media with messages of hope!
We need your support, now more than ever. The end of Alzheimer's starts with you -- it starts with your commitment. By registering for the 25th annual Ride to End ALZ, you've made a commitment to more than a bike ride. You've made a commitment to funding critical research studies for Alzheimer's. You've joined the movement where 90% of all funds raised directly impacts the Alzheimer's Association's ability to accelerate science towards ground-breaking methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's disease, the remaining 10% of funds raised provide care and support for families affected by Alzheimer's disease right here in our Massachusetts and New Hampshire communities.
Your commitment will help us ride into a future with the first survivor of Alzheimer's!
