Dear Family & Friends,

I am running the Chicago Marathon on Oct 8th to raise money for The Alzheimer’s Association®. 

This is personal for me.

As many of you know, my father currently has Alzheimers and my grandfather died of it as well. 

To say that this is a heartbreaking disease is an understatement. It not only robs individuals of their memories, but it's relentless in chipping away at the person you love and remember. Every person I speak to, knows someone who suffers from Alzheimers or Dementia. It's a condition that affects >50 millions families and is unfortunately growing.

The Alzheimer's Association strives to improve the lives of those affected as well as their loved ones. While it is dedicated to finding a cure through research, it also provides support to families (like mine), and raises awareness worldwide.
