Sean's Chicago Marathon Alz Stars Fundraiser
On October 10th, I will be participating in the 2021 Chicago Marathon with the Alzheimer's Association. I am excited to honor the memory of my grandmother, Madeline Kennally, who passed away in 2013 after a long battle with Alzheimer's. Grandma was a tenacious fighter, and I know her spirit will carry me through the 26.2 miles. I've committed to raising awareness and funds to support research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
Currently, more than 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and that number is expected to grow to as many as 16 million by 2050. The Alzheimer's Association is doing amazing work advancing care and developing treatments, but they need our help to continue their vital work.
Please support my efforts by making a donation. All funds raised benefit the Alzheimer's Association and its work to enhance care, support programs and advance research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure for Alzheimer's disease. Thank you for joining the fight against Alzheimer’s disease. Mater Mea, Fiducia Mea!
