The end of Alzheimer's disease starts here.

Recently, my grandma lost her three year battle with Alzheimer’s. While this loss was devastating, I know she is in a better place and that she is whole again.

My grandma was one of the most loving, kindest, and selfless people I have ever known, but one of the most important things she taught me was that there was always a light in the dark. Sometimes you have to look really hard, but there is always something good that can come from something bad. Now that she is gone and I am left to grieve, I realize that there is some good that could come from this loss too. I know she would have wanted me to channel my grieving into something positive and that is why I am proud to announce that I will be joining the Alzheimer’s Association, ALZ Stars at the 2019 Chicago Marathon!

From now until October 13, I will be accepting donations for the Alzheimer’s Association to go towards research, care and support for those affected by the disease, as well as promoting preventative care measures.

Please join me in the fight against Alzheimer's and dementia! Any amount will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity!

Together, we can take another step towards a world without Alzheimer’s!

I prefer to mail my donation.
