Hello friends and family!!

This year, I will be running in my 3rd Chicago Marathon!! I have once again teamed up with the ALZ Stars in the fight against Alzheimer's Disease. 

As many of you know, this horrific disease has significantly impacted my life. Watching my mother, Carmen Carrasquillo, battle this disease at such a young age has been heartbreaking. It has stolen so many memories from her past as well as affected her ability to make new memories with her family, especially her grandkids. I'm hoping to raise money and awareness to help other families who are impacted by this terrible disease.

Currently, more than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and that number is expected to grow to nearly 13 million by 2050. Our future is at risk and we must come together to change the course of this disease.
