is fundraising to honor:
On March 9 &10 I'm doing what I love to do honor those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. I’m participating in The Longest Day, a fundraising event to advance the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.
I will be running from Louisville Ky to Frankfort Ky, the Capital of Kentucky 50 miles. To raise funds and awareness to this awful disease. This will be my 7th annual Jackie's Run, I have ran across 5 states, Kentucky, Ohio, Florida, Rhode Island and California and over 1,400 miles for Alzheimer's.
Today, over 35 million people across the world are living with Alzheimer's, including more than 5 million Americans. In the U.S. alone, more than 15 million caregivers generously dedicate themselves to those with Alzheimer's and dementia. We must take action now, or these numbers will continue to rise.
Together, we can show those facing Alzheimer's disease that they are not alone. Please make a donation today to help the Alzheimer's Association support all those facing the disease. Thank you!
