Please help support our team for the Altzheimers Association Walk. This means so much to me because I lost my grandmother to Dementia/Altzheimers in January 2019. I also have other loved ones that have passed away from this as well. I also work with Dementia and Altzheimers patients at the facility I work for. These are some special people to me.
