The 2022 Walk to End Alzheimer's will be the fifth walk for the Jay Walkers, a team greatly supported by City of Fayetteville and Fayetteville Public Works Commission employees. Our team was initially formed in tribute to former Assistant City Manager Jay Reinstein upon his diagnosis with younger onset Alzheimer's. We have since come to understand how many of our own families have been closely impacted by Alzheimer's, and walk in memory and in honor them as well. To date, we have raised over $100,000 through the generosity of our friends, families and the wider Fayetteville community. Words cannot express our gratitude to everyone who has been involved with the fundraising to get us closer to one day finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease. 

This year's Fayetteville Walk is scheduled for Saturday, October 29th at Segra Stadium. We hope you’ll be able to join together and walk at Segra Stadium.
