Rockingham County owns and operates the Rockingham County Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, which offers a steppingstone approach to care with three different living options. Residents can select the level of care they need and increase their services when necessary–all while staying under the same roof. Our dedicated memory care neighborhood offers a safe and supportive environment for those living with dementia.
