I walk because I lost my husband to Alzheimer's. The Alzheimer's Association believes no one should face the disease alone. They provided free services and programs to both of us during his journey. Every dollar raised helps the Association advance global research and provide the funds required to help families like mine. There are more than 6 million Americans living with the disease and over 16 million unpaid caregivers. Alzheimer's is ravaging our families, our finances and our future.
