Why We Ride: What started in 2021 as a way for Tim and Denise to honor their dad and father in law, Team JJ grew to 5 riders in 2022. All of us riding to not only honor JJ, but also help to raise money to find a cure so that one day we won’t have to know the pain of loss from Alzheimer’s. 

Unfortunately, 2023 started off on a profoundly sad note when JJ, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle, godfather, and friend succumbed to this terrible disease. But that won’t stop us from riding for him. In fact, in 2023 Team JJ will have even more riders that with your help, will make an even bigger difference. 

Right now, there is no shortage of ideas in Alzheimer’s research — only dollars. But together, we can help change that. 100 percent of the funds raised from this event will go toward the Association’s efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's and other dementias.
