Fundraising Commitment

Riders can select from the following four fundraising commitment levels.

RIDER COMMITMENT LEVEL: INAUGURAL

Fundraising Commitment: $250

  • Ride to End ALZ T-shirt
  • Finisher medal
  • Concierge (“coach”) services providing fundraising and training support
  • Online fundraising page and mobile app
  • Exclusive online Ride Community
  • Opening Ceremony party
  • Traditional ride offerings, including credentials, lunch, snacks and a fully supported ride
  • Ability to impact the pace of Alzheimer's research

Inaugural Riders commit to raise a required minimum of $250 in order to participate. The registration donation is tax deductible and helps jump-start your fundraising. Participants must be 13 years old by Ride day. Riders who select the Inaugural Commitment Level will be responsible for providing their own lodging, transportation and bike shipping to and from the event. Riders will not be reimbursed for travel expenses, mileage, gas, rental car, parking, lodging, bike shipment or other event related expenses. Riders will be able to book a room at the host hotel(s) at their own expense. T-shirt will be distributed at the Opening Ceremony.

RIDER COMMITMENT LEVEL: PACE

Fundraising Commitment: $1,800

  • Custom cycling jersey
  • Rider gift and finisher medal
  • Concierge ("coach") services providing fundraising and training support
  • Online fundraising page and mobile app
  • Exclusive online Ride Community for participants only
  • Opening Ceremony party (includes 1 free guest ticket)
  • Traditional ride offerings, including credentials, lunch, snacks and a fully supported Ride
  • Ability to have a direct impact on the pace Alzheimer’s research

Pace Riders commit to raise a required minimum of $1,800 in order to participate. The $150 registration donation is tax deductible and helps jump-start your fundraising. Participants must be 13 years old by Ride day. Riders who select the Pace Commitment Level will be responsible for providing their own lodging, transportation and bike shipping to and from the event. Riders will not be reimbursed for travel expenses, mileage, gas, rental car, parking, lodging, bike shipment or other event related expenses. Riders will be able to book a room at the host hotel(s) at their own expense. Cycling jersey and rider gift will be distributed at the Opening Ceremony.

RIDER COMMITMENT LEVEL: PEAK

Fundraising Commitment: $3,600

In addition to all of the Pace Commitment Level benefits, Peak Commitment Level riders will receive:

  • Two night stay at the event host hotel (room and tax only)
  • One hour massage
  • Custom cycling kit (jersey and shorts) 

Peak Riders commit to raise a required minimum of $3,600 in order to participate. The $150 registration donation is tax deductible and helps jump-start your fundraising. Participants must be 13 years old by Ride day. Riders who select the Peak Level will be responsible for providing their own transportation and bike shipping to and from the event. Riders will not be reimbursed for travel expenses, mileage, gas, rental car, parking, bike shipment or other event related expenses. While the room rate and tax for two nights at the host hotel will be covered (for Friday, April 5 and 6, 2019 only), any other charges to the room will be the responsibility of the rider. Cycling jersey and rider gift will be distributed at the Opening Ceremony. Note: You must have raised at least 75 percent of your donations five weeks prior to the Ride date to be guaranteed your hotel benefit.

RIDER COMMITMENT LEVEL: PODIUM

Fundraising Commitment: $6,000

In addition to all of the Pace Level benefits, Podium riders will receive:

  • Two night stay at the event host hotel (room and tax only)
  • One hour massage
  • Full custom cycling kit (jersey, shorts and socks)
  • Bike shipping to and from the event city
  • Custom Ride hoodie
  • Fast pass for packet pick up
  • Opening ceremony acknowledgement

Podium Riders commit to raise a required minimum of $6,000 in order to participate. The $150 registration donation is tax deductible and helps jump-start your fundraising. Participants must be 13 years old by Ride day. Riders will not be reimbursed for travel expenses, mileage, gas, rental car, parking, or other event related expenses. While the room rate and tax for two nights at the host hotel will be covered (for Friday, April 5 and 6, 2019 only), any other charges to the room will be the responsibility of the rider. Cycling jersey and rider gift will be distributed at the Opening Ceremony.
