Celebrating our 25th Ride in 2021! Started by the Noonan family in 1996, the Ride to End ALZ is a fundraising event to directly impact the pace and momentum behind the fight to end Alzheimer's and all other dementias. Now in its 25th year, the Ride to End ALZ has raised over $7.1 million dollars to directly advance research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer's.
Fundraising minimums for the 2021 ride in MA/NH have been waived. Raise $250 for this virtual event to earn your special edition 25th Anniversary Ride to End ALZ jersey.
For 11 years, A Ride to Remember has taken cyclists on a scenic 3-day, 252-mile journey through South Carolina, all to raise funds and awareness for the research, care and support efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. And in 2020, riders took A Ride to Remember to their neighborhoods, trails and homes during the first-ever Virtual Ride Challenge!
For our 13th annual event, we are planning to offer the traditional 3-day Group Ride as well as a Virtual Challenge option–back by popular demand!
There is no fundraising minimum or registration fee for the virtual event that will be from July 1st to July 31st. Ride 252 miles in July to raise funds and awareness for the fight to #EndALZ!
For our in-person event in South Carolina, in addition to the registration fee, each rider is responsible for fundraising a minimum of $750, which must be met by the time of event check-in in order to ride.
100% of the funds raised go toward the Association's efforts to discover methods of treatment and prevention for Alzheimer's and other dementias.
