Keith Moreland was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease in 2018 at age 57. A member of the Alzheimer's Association National Early-Stage Advisors Group, Moreland wants to help doctors understand the importance of disclosing an Alzheimer's diagnosis and direct other families to the best resources.
