Joanne Pike named new Alzheimer’s Association CEO
Joanne Pike, DrPH, current president of the Alzheimer’s Association, will become the organization’s chief executive officer in January 2023, succeeding Harry Johns. Dr. Pike will be responsible for delivery of all services to achieve the Association’s vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

Association applauds NARFE fundraising efforts
The Alzheimer’s Association is pleased to recognize the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) for surpassing $15 million in fundraising for the fight against Alzheimer’s. Since 1983, NARFE contributions have helped fuel Association care and support programs and sponsorship of 85 grants examining wide-ranging, disease-related research.
