Join us and make your voice heard at the virtual Alzheimer’s Association Advocacy Week on the Hill. February 8th-11, 2021!  Our advocates and staff will learn more about our current state legislative priorities, the advocacy process, and how to connect with elected officials to help improve the lives of Iowans with dementia and the loved ones that care for them.  

Monday, February 8th at 12:00 noon - Virtual information session and training for advocates and staff.  
Tuesday-Wednesday - Advocates set up virtual meetings with legislators and share targeted emails and social media posts.
Thursday, February 11 at  1:30 pm - Virtual Wrap up where advocates can share what they learned from legislators.
