Dr. Oz reveals his mother's Alzheimer's diagnosis
Dr. Mehmet Oz ("The Dr. Oz Show") announced his mother is living with Alzheimer's. Dr. Oz says even he missed warning signs of the disease; to help families identify Alzheimer's earlier, the Alzheimer's Association offers information about early signs and symptoms.

"Baby Won't You Please Come Home" is the story of Pearl, a jazz singer who is battling Alzheimer's disease. Director Chris Piazza and actors Michelle Hurst and Melanie Nicholls-King talk about how the project was special to the entire cast and crew.

Soft Surroundings supports the Alzheimer's Association with in-store program
Through Sept. 30, Soft Surroundings, a women's apparel and home décor retailer, is helping to fight Alzheimer's by offering in-store guests an opportunity to purchase a $20 shopping pass for even greater savings. Customers can apply the savings on current or future purchases, with 100 percent of the proceeds from the shopping pass donated to the Alzheimer's Association.
