How can you successfully tip-off your agency’s efforts to quickly and strategically prepare your communities for the growing burden of dementia? Join us for Fab 5: Jump into Action with the HBI Road Map, a live webcast with national and state public health experts.
Our Fab 5 presenters will provide a fast-paced lay of the court, with assists on the top 5 public health issues in the Healthy Brain Initiative State and Local Public Health Partnerships to Address Dementia: The 2018-2023 Road Map. For each issue -- risk reduction, early detection, caregiving, workforce, and data and evidence, participants will learn: Road Map actions for a quick-start, examples from public health agencies, resources available to make implementing the Road Map easy and efficient, and a tip based on lessons learned.
