Exercise may slow cognitive decline for some older adults
Regular exercise may help slow memory and thinking decline for older adults living with mild cognitive impairment, new research suggests. Maria C. Carrillo, Ph.D., Alzheimer’s Association chief science officer, said the study fits a broader, multifaceted strategy to attack Alzheimer’s and all other dementia with both drugs and behavioral changes.
