The health and safety of our constituents, community partners, volunteers, and staff are our top priority as we continue to pursue the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association. Given the evolving nature of COVID-19 and based on the guidance from the CDC and local health departments, we will be unable to host the 34th annual Wisconsin State Conference in May 2020.
The Alzheimer’s Association will issue full refunds to all registered attendees within 6-8 weeks. If you have reserved a room, lodging refunds will be made directly by Kalahari Resorts online or via phone at (877) 254-5466. The Kalahari Resort will also honor the reservation if you would like to keep it at the discounted rate. We will be contacting sponsors, exhibitors and presenters to explain these unfortunate circumstances. While we are disappointed, we sincerely believe this is the most responsible decision that could be made given the circumstances.
We hope to see you next spring! Please save the date for the 2021 Wisconsin State Conference, May 2-3 at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.

Conference Cancellations, Refunds and Substitutions Policy
Full refunds will be issued with no processing fees. Registrations paid using a credit card will have refunds issued back to the credit card. We will send all other refunds by check. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing. Thank you for your patience.
Payment is required at time of registration. A $25 processing fee is assessed for all refund requests. Substitutions are welcomed at anytime. No refunds will be granted after April 19, 2020.
The 2020 Conference will once again be paperless. Check back in late April or early May for hand outs and speakers notes under the Workshop Handouts section.
