Dear Friend,
November is National Family Caregivers Month. There's no doubt that caregivers play a vital role in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. Being on the frontlines, they selflessly dedicate time and energy to care for people living with the disease.

In recognition of National Family Caregivers Month, I want to make sure that caregivers everywhere have the resources they need, every step of the way.

We offer several free programs and support services for caregivers and anyone affected by this disease.
24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900): Our Master's-level clinicians are available all day, every day to provide information, referrals, crisis assistance and emotional support.
ALZConnected®: Our free online community is for everyone affected by Alzheimer's or another dementia.
Caregiver Education: We offer online and in-person training and workshops to teach caregivers effective strategies for managing every stage of the disease.

One of the best ways to help caregivers is to encourage them to take time to care for themselves and ensure they have the help and support they need. If you know a caregiver or are a caregiver yourself, we're always here.

I appreciate your support and thank you for being part of our community.

Sincerely,

Donna McCullough
