Lodging for Friday, July 12, is available for Ride to End ALZ participants at Newberry College in Walker Hall or Pearson Hall. 

Boths dorms are located on the campus of Newberry College, close to the event area and meals. They each offer double-occupancy bedrooms arranged in suites with shared living room and bathroom. Breakfast is included for all riders staying at Newberry College.

Participants are encouraged to share bedrooms with a roommate so that we have enough rooms for all riders. Bedrooms with a roommate are $50 per person. Please indicate in the reservation process the name of your preferred roommate. If you do not have a preferred roommate, we will gladly assign a person of the same sex. 

A limited number of guaranteed private bedrooms without a roommate are available for $80 on a first come first serve basis. This inventory is very limited. Please note: In most cases, single occupancy bedrooms will still share a bathroom and common suite area with others.

You will need to bring your own pillow, sheets/blanket/sleeping bag for your bed and toiletries/hairdryer for the bathroom.

Shower curtain, toilet paper, towel and washcloth will be provided. Breakfast will be available in Kaufmann Dining Hall on Saturday, July 13 beginning at 5:00 AM.

**In most cases, two people will be assigned to each double-occupancy bedroom. If you do not request a roommate by name, we will assign one of the same sex. The same goes for suitemates. Wherever possible, we will do our best to honor requests for suitemates.
