2016 Walk to End Alzheimer's Kick-Off Celebration - Shelburne
We all have a reason to end Alzheimer’s disease.
Bring your reason and a couple of friends to learn about the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and how you can be a leader in this fight. Together, we will prepare to advance the fight against Alzheimer’s disease and have some fun!

Where: Double Tree by Hilton, Williston Road, South Burlington Map it
Nosh: Hors d'oeuvres & cash bar
Dress: Purple of course!
RSVP: Requested by August 4th.
Please bring a guest, especially someone new to the Alzheimer's Association or the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
Be sure to include the number of guests in your RSVP. On-site team registration will be available at the celebration.
