Thank you for serving as a representative of the Alzheimer's Association. Show your purple pride and take advantage of this Volunteer Appreciation Month special. For the month of April, we want to extend this offer for an Alzheimer's Association Performance Polo. Easy-care athletic polo made of 100% polyester pique. Moisture-wicking and anti-microbial fabric. UV protection performance. Matching flat knit collar. Volunteer shirt order orders will be placed with National at the end of the April promotion. Expected delivery date is the 2nd week of May. If you are picking up your shirt at the office, you will receive a call when they are available.
