Toledo Walk Team Kickoff Celebration Tuesday, June 24, 2014 Senior Star at West Park Place Register for this year's Walk to End Alzheimer's and pick up your Team Captain Packet (and gift)! Enjoy our complimentary cookout, door prizes, and our program at 5:30 PM. Stop by after work or stay the whole time! Bring a friend or your entire team! Optional program: 1 free CEU will be offered from 6:00 - 7:00 PM (CEU is for social work, but nurses may use SW CE). A Smorgasbord of Dietary Suggestions to Better Serve the Person with Dementia presented by Lynn Ritter, Ph.D. This year's Toledo Walk to End Alzheimer's will take place on October 19th at the Lucas County Rec.
