What: Raise awareness! Encourage your congregants to wear purple and learn about Alzheimer’s disease. the nation is currently in the middle of an epidemic. Alzheimer’s disease is the SIXTH leading cause of death and 1 in 3 seniors will die with the disease.

As a faith community, you have a pivotal role to get your congregation connected to help and to spread hope for a future that sees an end to this devastating disease.

Go Purple builds awareness of Alzheimer’s disease, the importance of early diagnosis, and services to support families available through the Alzheimer’s Association.
