Registrations after November 15 will be assessed a $20 late registration processing fee.
Refunds
If you are unable to attend, substitutions are encouraged. Cancellations on or before November 8 will be honored minus a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after November 8.

Change in program:
Rick Phelps is no longer able to attend. The closing session will be comprised of a presentation from Joan Uronis and an Early Stage Panel of three, with the support of their loved ones, describing their journey so far, from their first symptoms of dementia to how they cope today. The Early Stage panel will be moderated by Katie Luce, LSW, MGS.
