At the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's, participants carry flowers representing their connection to Alzheimer's - a disease that can't be prevented, cured or even slowed. But what if one day it could? By walking together, we can help make that beautiful day happen.

The Alzheimer's Association, Vermont Chapter will turn Centennial Field purple and we want YOU to be part of the fun! Bring your friends and family to the Walk to End Alzheimer's Community Kick Off Party at the Lake Monsters on Thursday, August 10. Together, we will be CHAMPions in the fight for Alzheimer’s first survivor!

Date: Thursday, August 10, 2017
Time: 5:30 - 7:00pm (bbq party) 7:00pm game begins.
What: 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer's Community Kick-Off Celebration at the Vermont Lake Monsters
Where: Centennial Field, University of Vermont athletic fields

Nosh: Hot dog, cheese burger, chips, cookies PLUS reserved seating for the game!
Dress: Purple of course!

Bring everyone on your Walk to End Alzheimer's team to the party. Haven't registered your team yet? No problem! Volunteers will be on hand to help you set up your Walk to End Alzheimer's team. Better yet, please bring a guest or two - especially someone new to the Alzheimer's Association or the Walk to End Alzheimer's.
