Alzheimer's Association advocates will gather in Columbia on March 4th DRESSED IN PURPLE to raise awareness of the fight to #ENDALZ in South Carolina!

Due to the nature of this event, advance registration is required. The deadline to register has passed.

We'll be making strategic requests of state policymakers, including:

1. A new full-time Dementia Coordinator role at the SC Department on Aging. 
2. A public awareness campaign urging South Carolinians to “Take Brain Health to Heart.”
3. Continued funding the Alzheimer’s Caregiver Respite Program, which helps dementia caregivers take a break.

We will provide a recorded training on these topics to registrants in advance of State House Day to help prepare. But the most important part of this day is the personal stories we'll share with state legislators!
