Join the Alzheimer's Association, Long Island Chapter for a FREE education program on CONVERSATIONS ABOUT DEMENTIA: TIPS FOR MAKING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS EASIER. When somone is showing signs of dementia, it's time to talk. Often conversations with family about dementia and their changing behaviors can be challenging and uncomfortable. Common difficult conversations are: Going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.
