Richard M. Rubin, Ph.D., a lecturer in philosophy at University College at Washington University in St. Louis and a family caregiver will visually present his and his wife's journey through art, narrative and video. Learn the effects of severe cognitive loss on people with dementia and those who care for them, while discovering ways to honor the dignity of these individuals.
Following the presentation there will be a question and answer panel of experts from Bethesda and the Alzheimer's Association.

impactful. There will be Alzheimer's Association staff available during and
after the program to assist families with feelings and
questions.
This program
is free, but seating is limited to 200 and registration is required.
