2017 Rutland Community Appreciation Celebration
You're invited to the Alzheimer's Association's Community Appreciation Celebration!
Amazing things are happening in Rutland in the fight for the first survivor of Alzheimer’s disease. The community is joining together and bringing their time, talents, and treasure to the cause. Come and learn what your neighbors are accomplishing and celebrate with us!
There will be light refreshments (cash bar) and appreciation for Community Educators, Support Group Leaders, Walk to End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee, Volunteers, and Sponsors, along with awards for top teams and participants in the 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Come to thank everyone for their efforts, celebrate the results and learn more about all the Alzheimer’s Association is doing and how you can be more involved.
