Alzheimer's Association - The Brain Behind Saving Yours

Join us at the 10th Annual Upper Shore Dementia Conference in Chestertown, MD. Caregivers and professionals will spend the day hearing the latest in research and policy, and take away invaluable information on how to care for someone with dementia. 

Registration is free for family caregivers and financial assistance for in-home respite care is available. Social work CEUs and ALM credits are offered to professionals.
